Life is... a walk in the park!

Our walk began here... with a gaggle of Canada Geese sunning at Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park.

We read this sign...looked up... and...

there's the nest... just like the sign said!

We looked up further and guess who we saw?!  

An eagle perched in the tree!

We carried on with our walk and met this friend!

And this one!

And these two!  

The Vancouver Aquarium had opened their side gate for us to take a peak at the Belugas!

We arrived at a perfect time... feeding time!

Can you see the teeth?!

I don't know why... there are tears each time I visit these Belugas.

We left the Aquarium, carried on with the walk and looked up... and 2 eagles flying overhead!

One of them is right in the center of this picture.

We continued down to the Seawall and met this friend along the way.

and saw the view of the Lions' Gate Bridge.

We entered the forrest through a tunnel!

We found our way to Beaver Lake and a flock of ducks being fed...

Beaver Lake... we didn't see any beavers, though.

Back on the trail...

At the Rose Garden... signs of spring!

and more spring!

We arrived back at Lost Lagoon...

and met this friend...

and these two!

One of them came closer...

took a look...

and kept going when food wasn't offered.

The other one stayed behind with friends...

and bathed!

Number one returned...

and joined in with the bathing!

As we were leaving the park we spotted these!

The first cherry blossoms?!

Life is... aaaahhhhhh!
