May all beings be peaceful.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be free of suffering.
May all beings be liberated.
May all beings realize their essence and live this fully, completely and utterly!

Stillness

Welcome!

"Let the beauty we love be what we do." ~ Rumi

Greatly inspired by our dear friend Rumi, this beautiful being called "blog" was born today at precisely 1:08 pm in gorgeous rainy Vancouver... seems like quite a miracle. Such JOY! The LOVE of connecting deeply in Stillness with what appears to be "others" is the fertile ground in which this seed is planted.

Connecting deeply... deeply connected. That's all of us... well, what appears to be us on the surface ~ many separate individuals. Beneath the surface though, we all are completely interconnected. Connected in this fertile ground of Stillness ~ as Stillness itself.

Many of us are realizing this Stillness as ourselves... knowing this Stillness directly and are living as this. Which really means, it is living itself through what appears to be us. Well, it's always been doing that anyways, the only difference is that now it is known consciously. Truly known... the knowing of the heart... completely different from any knowledge that comes from the head. Stillness is who we are... who we always have been. Perfect Stillness. Perfecly Still. Even before a thought about who we are... or before anything or anyone tries to tell us who we are... we already are. Isn't that amazing?!

Initially, it may seem as if this Stillness is known only as glimpses that appear from beneath the surface of existence... as if it's playing a game of hide and seek. And then as Stillness appears to shine through more and more, it is realized that all there is is Stillness! This is what has always been here. The surface and beneath the surface seem to change places... everything gets turned upside down... this fertile ground of Stillness takes over. What was only known intermittently is now known continuously... it doesn't go anywhere.

What happens when you stop and notice this Stillness? Notice what is already still.

  1. Thank you Moni for bringing this awareness to me. After the Satsang in Alicante and having a one to one with you I realized that there truly is a deepness or stillness with all. I now know its there, its always been there and will never leave.I can look around and where ever I am, situation, work, with people, distractions. I can stop and see and feel the presence and laugh and cry at the beauty of it all.The funny thing is I can just be me and have that realization without having to go on any path, its here...In the rustling of the trees, the riples on the ocean, the clouds in the sky, the deepness in there eyes...Stillness Speaks....Marcos x
